A. Driver Application / Registration - Each driver must complete the entire registration process located at the "Sign Up" page, before being allowed to compete in any event at BCR. NOTE BCR IS A FORCED COCKPIT LEAGUE!. | |

| II. Assignment of Numbers | |
A. First Come, First Serve - During the registration process, drivers are given the opportunity to pick their number. If the registrant picks a number which is already in use, we will ask the driver to pick a different number.You can find what numbers that are available on the "Drivers" page. | |
B. Forfeiture of Numbers - Numbers may be subject to forfeiture if a driver is absent from competition for a period exceeding One Month. If a driver knows he/she will be absent for a period exceeding one month, but would like to retain his/her number, the driver must notify an admin. A driver also forfeits his/her number upon voluntary cancellation of his/her PayPal Donation (except when changing PayPal accounts. To avoid confusion, please contact an admin prior to making this change). | |
C. Suspension- In the event of suspension from BCR, your number will be reserved for your suspension period, and the 30 days will begin on the first day in which your suspension is lifted. | |
| III. Monthly Donations | |
A. $5 Per Month - Each driver is responsible for paying their $5 monthly DONATION via PayPal . Note BCR does not give refunds. Please race in the Free Thursday Series to see if BCR is for you. | |
B. How is my $5 Fee used? Your fee, is used for organization purposes. Fees are used to cover the expenses of the organization, such as:
Your $5/month Fee makes you eligible to compete in every series at BCR. | |
C. Car Skins- All drivers will be allowed to have 4 car skins in there folder. In the off season you will have until the 8th of Feb to add or change your 4 skins. You will not be allowed to change or add a new skin until the end of each segment of racing. The only exceptions of course is new drivers to the league. | |
Car files are submitted via the Car File Manager located in the download section of the website. Car files will not be added to the server the day of any series event. | |
| IV. Provisionals / Driver Substitutions | |
A. Provisionals - Provisional positions are available in all BCR series. Any driver unable to make a race can ask for a provisional . There is NO limit to the amount of provisional's a driver can use for each series. The provisional points will work like this:

B. Driver Substitutions - Driver substitutions are when a driver cannot compete in an event, however, would like to have someone drive their car for points purposes. The following rules apply:

C. Lucky Dog Rule: BCR's Lucky Dog rule states that the first driver one lap down automatically gets his lap back when the caution comes out. • The driver that causes the caution is not eligible to receive the "Lucky Dog" pass during that yellow or the next.• If the driver that caused the last yellow is the first car a lap down when the next yellow comes out, No one gets the lucky dog. Also if the first car a lap down in involved in the caution, No one gets the lucky dog.

A. All Officials calls are final. Drivers Meetings

| B. Off Pace Cars must stay high, out of the racing line. Lapped Cars who are not off-pace do not need to stay high, and are free to race for position (track or otherwise) | |
| C. Know your limitations. Be patient and wait for a time where you can pass with confidence. | |
| D. Be in your car #. You must use your assigned car number in every race at BCR. | |
| E. Be Respectful and Courteous. Race others the way you wish for them to race you. Earn respect by being clean and respectful to others. | |
F. Any driver who intentionally brings out a caution, drives reakless and recks a drivers night, or intentionally wrecks another driver, Can be ejected and/or subject to suspension and could lose all points for that race. Point will be adjusted to the reck at that time. J. ANY DRIVER FOUND CHEATING WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LEAUGE AND BANNED PERMANENTLY | |
